- Navigate to the Redemptions tab at the bottom of the screen
- Sort by date or by redemption value (highest to lowest)
- Click into a redemption to see more information about that customer, including:
- Current points balance (this includes points that may have earned as a member of another Smart Loyalty facilitated rewards programme)
- Total points they have earned
- The last 5 redemptions made
- The customer’s contact details
