In 2020, Fonterra Farm Source reviewed the Farm Source Rewards programme and along with wanting to bring a stronger, more compelling value proposition to farmers, Farm Source wanted to offer a better range of rewards and experience when redeeming Farm Source Dollars.
With the technology and software to facilitate ‘white-label’ programmes for businesses like Fonterra, Smart Loyalty became the provider of the reward and fulfilment platform for the Farm Source Rewards programme, in October 2020.
The re-design and re-launch of the programme focused on removing complexity, simplifying rules around earning and redeeming, making it easier for farmers to understand how to get the most value out of the programme, and offering a wider range of rewards to farmers. Smart Loyalty offers a much larger range of products to farmers than previously available, with a selection of over 5,000 rewards online, as well as more flexibility with the Dream Rewards concierge service, where farmers can use their Farm Source Dollars to get almost anything they want.



Honda Rewards is designed to reward panel trade customers by targeting and influencing their purchasing behaviour. Members of the programme can earn points for every dollar spent on Honda genuine parts at varied rates, depending on the age of the vehicle they are servicing.
Honda Rewards members get access to their points, rewards and giveaways, as well as exclusive discounts and savings on shopping, dining and activities, all via the customised Honda Rewards app.

Metro Performance Glass is one of New Zealand's leading manufacturers in this field and is now rewarding customers for their preference, loyalty, and advocacy for the Metro brand.
Members receive reward points for every dollar they spend with Metro Glass, provided their account is kept current. Members in the Metro Rewards programme can also benefit from the earning power of multiple brands, as they can earn points through the partner programme, SmartTrade Rewards, which has over 300 partners offering points to programme members.
Metro Rewards also has its own customised app, website and programme communications.



Hirepool Rewards is a white label rewards programme, with its own branded website, app, promotions and communications. Aimed to reward a select group of trade customers, the programme is designed to drive retention, increase share of wallet, enrich their communication strategy, and create a strong emotional connection to their customers.

Autoplay Rewards helps to drive the behaviours you would like to see from your dealership staff. It allows OEM's, groups and dealers to offer salespeople the chance to earn points based on completing certain actions within AutoPlay - from keeping Awaiting Action leads under a threshold, to keeping response times under 60 minutes.
